Sticks and Stones... ... ..

Has anyone ever called me " names"? YES!Have I ever got mad and get
 out -of-control when called names?YES but not for many years.GREAT
feeling being able to control my emotions Nobody can "make" anybody
mad.We allow ourselves to be taken we can take the thought or reaction
and look at what or how to respond.WOW! That just blew me away and
still does sometimes when This happens.So sticks and stones can break
Bones but NAMES can't hurt me whatsoever because it can be studied

before reaction to it.and YES this does work I've tried it many times.
